Therapeutic Sauna — Relax body and mind in our beautiful cedar sauna. Handcrafted with reclaimed wood, our sauna is designed for up to four persons and offers healing warmth with the amazing benefits of far-infrared technology. Schedule a sauna session and enjoy a deeply relaxing, cleansing, healing experience!

Infrared light is the same healing spectrum of light we experience when being warmed by the sun, minus any harmful UV effects. Chiropractors, doctors, and health professionals are increasingly recommending infrared sauna for many ailments such as relieving inflammation, lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, alleviating fibromyalgia, and providing pain relief. Similar to traditional saunas, infrared sauna promotes blood circulation and oxygenation of body tissues; relieves aches, pains, and stiffness; and assists the body in eliminating toxins and burning extra calories, but at more comfortable and sustainable temperatures than a steam sauna. The penetrating heat of infrared sauna creates deep tissue warming and sweating while the air surrounding you remains comfortable, relaxing, and breathable. The heat pulls out toxins such as mercury, lead, tobacco, mold, emissions, and other pollutants; cleansing the body and strengthening the immune system while you relax in the soothing warmth.

Sauna sessions are available in the main building. Call ahead or schedule when you arrive. Sessions are scheduled for one hour and can hold up to four persons. Cost is $30.

Massage — Sink into the sweet bliss of a massage at The Clifftop. Let ocean waves and a relaxing massage ease you into your most peaceful, refreshed self.

Our staff of local massage professionals are trained in a variety of healing modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, hospice, and reiki; and take pride in providing professional, therapeutic massage with warm-hearted care.

Massage is available in the main building. Please call at least five days in advance to schedule, or make your appointment when you reserve your room. Cost for one hour is $75; 1½ hour massage is $90.

Eagles’ Perch — Looking out on a full 250 degree panoramic view, the Eagles’ Perch hosts groups for healing workshops and events. A beautiful, earth-friendly remodel has recently transformed the room into an inspiring, sacred space with breathtaking edge-of-the-world views. Grand opening for the newly remodeled space is scheduled for September 2008.

Events to come will include…yoga retreats, Native American teachings workshops, dance classes, network chiropractic retreats, writing workshops, meditation retreats, nature talks, concerts, massage trainings, sacred celebrations, holiday events, womens’ retreats, and more…
